Usage Guide
Our a4 dtf film is straightforward to operate, fitting for both beginners and seasoned professionals.
Printing: Load the direct to film transfer into a compatible inkjet printer (including models like Epson, Roland, etc.). Print your design in a mirrored format (a crucial step for accurate orientation post-transfer).
Powder Coating: Right after printing, evenly distribute hot melt powder over the inked region. For fine details (e.g., tiny text), employ a fine brush to guarantee complete coverage.
Curing: Cure the powder via an oven or heat press at 130-150℃ for 2-3 minutes (until the powder melts into a smooth layer).
Heat Transfer: Place the cured a4 dtf film on the substrate (e.g., a T-shirt). Use a heat press: 130-150℃, 10-15 seconds, with medium pressure.
Peeling: Allow the a4 dtf film to cool slightly, then peel it off (both cold peel and warm peel work—our film’s stability makes peeling effortless without damaging the design).
Pro Suggestion: For dark fabrics, pre-press for 3 seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles; for delicate fabrics (like silk), use the lower end of the temperature range (130℃) and reduce pressure.
