Features
1.Superior Ink Compatibility & Easy Peeling
Lorin dtf transfer film roll is designed for seamless compatibility with a broad range of DTF printers and DTF-specific inks, resulting in vivid, long-lasting prints that resist fading, peeling, and cracking, ensuring quick, efficient transfers that save time and boost production efficiency.
2. DTF Vibrant Color Transfers
Delivers eye-catching, high-definition prints with vibrant, true-to-design color accuracy. Suitable for cotton, polyester, blends, and various textile surfaces without color loss or adhesion issues.
3. Single Side Matte or Double-Sided Coating for Enhanced Printing Stability:
–Double-Sided Coating: Unlike standard single-coated films, our double-sided dtf transfer film roll features a coating on both sides, effectively preventing curling or warping and providing more effective anti-static properties. during the printing process. This ensures excellent film stability and allows for even ink adhesion, delivering consistent, high-quality results.
–Single Side Matte Coating: Designed for ease of use, the single side matte finish makes it easy to distinguish the printable side, helping to prevent operational errors and improve production efficiency.
4. Precision Compatibility
Engineered with exact width tolerance (±0.5mm) and industry-standard 3-inch cores, our dtf transfer film roll guarantees seamless machine compatibility, accurate roll lengths, and smooth installation—ensuring zero downtime and hassle-free printing.
5. Optimized Production Efficiency
With maximum printable area, extra-long roll options (100m/200m), and excellent flatness, our films minimize material waste, reduce roll switching time, and maintain consistent print quality—helping you lower costs and boost output.
6. Choose the right DTF film type for your workflow
Whether you need extra stability for high-volume runs or a user-friendly option for quick, accurate setups.
Our solutions are designed to boost your production efficiency, deliver vibrant, long-lasting prints, and meet diverse customer demands.
How to Use
Using our dtf transfer film roll is simple (ideal for both beginners and pros):
1. Printing: Load the film into an inkjet printer (compatible with Epson, Roland, etc.). Print your design in mirror image (critical for correct orientation after transfer).
2. Powder Coating: Immediately after printing, spread hot melt powder evenly over the inked area. For fine details (e.g., small text), use a fine brush to ensure full coverage.
3. Curing: Cure the powder with an oven or heat press: 150’c for 2-3 minutes (until powder melts into a smooth layer).
4. Heat Transfer: Place the cured film on the substrate (e.g., a T-shirt). Use a heat press: 130-150°C, 10-15seconds, medium pressure.
5. Peeling: Let the film cool slightly, then peel (cold/warm peel both work-our film’s stability makes peeling easy without damaging the design).
Pro Tip: For dark fabrics, pre-press for 3 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles; for delicate fabrics (silk), use the lower end of the temperature range (130°C) and lighten pressure.
