How to Use
Step 1: Design, CTP Plat & Screen Preparation
Create detailed artwork and prepare the screen mesh tailored to the design requirements. Prepare the CTP Plat.The screen mesh count is selected based on ink viscosity and design complexity.
Step 2: Ink Preparation
Prepare specialized offset and screen printing inks. Ensure proper viscosity and color consistency for both ink types to achieve optimal print quality.
Step 3: Offset Printing
Transfer the initial design layers onto the release film using the offset printing method. This step ensures precise detailing and smooth color application for complex graphics.
Step 4: Screen Printing
Apply additional layers (e.g.,white ink,transparent ink and hot melt glue) via screen printing. This hybrid approach combines the advantages of both printing techniques for enhanced durability and visual impact.
Step 5: Powder Application
Evenly sprinkle hot-melt adhesive powder over the printed design. Excess powder is removed through vibration or air blowing to ensure a clean, uniform coating.
Step 6: Tunnel Oven Curing
Pass the printed film through a temperature-controlled tunnel oven. This step thermally cures the inks and securely bonds the adhesive powder, ensuring wash-fastness and durability.
Step 7: Final Inspection & Completion
The finished transfer is cooled and inspected for quality. The result is a high-precision, multi-layered transfer ready for application onto textiles using a heat press.
