Step 1: Send Your Gang Sheet Design Artwork
Create your Gang Sheet layout using your graphics software or our online builder. Upload a 300 DPI transparent PNG or PDF file configured to your chosen sheet dimensions, ensuring all graphics are properly spaced to allow easy cutting.

Step 2: Cut Out Individual Transfers
Once you receive your printed DTF gang sheet roll or sheet, use a pair of scissors, a utility knife, or a precision cutter to carefully cut around each individual logo or graphic design.

Step 3: Pre-Heat the Garment
Set your heat press machine to 285°F–320°F (140°C–160°C). Place your garment flat on the heat press lower platen and pre-press for 3 to 5 seconds to remove residual moisture and flatten wrinkles.

Step 4: Position and Heat Press the Transfer
Place the cut-out DTF transfer design on the target area with the clear film facing upward. Heat press the transfer using medium-to-firm pressure (40–50 psi) for 10 to 15 seconds.

Step 5: Peel the Film & Final Post-Press
Allow the transfer to cool completely (or peel warm/hot according to your film option). Smoothly peel away the PET film at a low angle. For maximum wash durability and a softer feel, perform a final 5-second post-press with a sheet of parchment paper or Teflon over the design.
