DTF Film Rolls – 30/60/120cm, 75μm, Hot/Cold Peel

Standard DTF film rolls are 75μm PET, double-sided matte, and supplied 100m per roll. Processing settings vary by ink, powder and fabric; confirm the final settings with our team before production.

Choose Your Roll Width

The roll size you need depends on printer width and layout. Standard widths are 30cm (about 11.8 in), 60cm (about 23.6 in) and 120cm (about 47.2 in). 30cm suits compact setups and sleeves; 60cm is the common width for adult T-shirts; 120cm supports wide production and larger layouts.

A3 and A4 layouts can be printed on a 30cm or 60cm roll when the width covers the design; A3 and A4 are sheet sizes, not roll widths. For pre-cut sizes, see DTF film sheets.

A 13-inch roll is about 33cm. It is not the same as the 30cm (11.8-inch) standard roll. For a 13-inch setup, order a custom width and request a quote.

Hot Peel vs Cold Peel

Hot peel and cold peel are both available. A hot peel DTF film roll is pulled immediately after pressing for faster production. A cold peel DTF film roll is pulled after the transfer cools, which can help protect fine edges and small details. Specify the peel type when ordering. 75μm PET Film and Custom Sizes

The DTF film thickness is 75μm. Custom widths and lengths are available on request. If you need a 1m width or a non-standard roll length, send the target size and quantity.

Each DTF PET film roll is wound on a core; check your printer's core requirement before ordering.

Roll Length and Output

A standard roll is 100m. The number of prints per roll depends on layout length, spacing and nesting. If you know your average layout length and monthly volume, send it with your quote request and we can help estimate consumption.

Printer Compatibility

The rolls are designed for roll-fed DTF printers and DTF inks. Compatibility depends on the printer's maximum roll width, core diameter, feed path and ink system. Send your printer model before ordering; we will confirm the compatible format. If you are comparing printers, confirm the maximum roll width and core size first.

How to Use

1. Mount the DTF film roll on the printer and print the design in mirrored mode on the coated side.
2. Apply TPU powder to the wet ink and shake off the excess.
3. Cure the powder according to your powder supplier's instructions.
4. Press the transfer at 130–150℃ for 10–15 seconds; confirm the setting for your ink, powder and fabric.
5. Peel hot or cold as specified.

Before Production

Before a production run, check the roll width against the printer, confirm the core fits the feed system, and inspect the coated side for dust or damage. Run a short test print with your DTF ink, powder and press settings, then record the settings for repeat orders.

Storage and Handling

Keep rolls in their original wrap until use. If a roll has been stored for an extended period, test a short run before production.

Packing, MOQ and Lead Time

Each roll is individually wrapped, protected with foam and packed in a reinforced export carton. MOQ is 2 rolls; small-batch mixed-spec orders are accepted.
