How to Use
Step 1: Pre-Pressing / Pre-Heating
Begin by pre-pressing the garment at 130–150°C for about 5 seconds using medium pressure. This step removes surface moisture and wrinkles, ensuring a flat and smooth surface for the best transfer adhesion.
Step 2: Heat Press Application
Position the Heat Transfer Care Label with the design facing up on the desired area. Apply even pressure across the entire surface at 130–150°C for 10–15 seconds. For accurate results, make sure the heat press pressure is properly calibrated (≥0.24 kgf/cm²).
Step 3: Peeling Methods
Peel according to your transfer type:
Hot Peel: Immediately after pressing.
Warm Peel: Wait 5–10 seconds.
Cold Peel: Allow to cool completely (about 1 minute).
Step 4: Post-Curing & First Wash
After pressing, let the garment rest flat for at least 48 hours to ensure full ink and adhesive curing. For the first wash, turn the garment inside out and wash gently with cold water. This helps maintain the durability, color, and softness of your Heat Transfer Care Labels.
