How to Use
Step 1: Pre-Heat & Prepare the Garment
Set your heat press machine to 285°F–320°F (140°C–160°C). Place the garment flat on the lower platen and pre-press for 3 to 5 seconds to eliminate moisture and smooth out surface wrinkles.
Step 2: Position the 3D Silicone Label
Align the 3D silicone transfer on the target area of your apparel with the clear protective carrier film facing up. Ensure the fabric lies completely flat and free of seams under the transfer area.
Step 3: Apply Heat and Pressure (Backside Pressing Recommended)
To preserve the 3D high-density structure without crushing the raised effect, heat press from the backside/underside of the garment for 12–18 seconds using medium pressure (approx. 3–4 bar).
Step 4: Allow to Cool (Cold Peel)
Remove the garment from the heat press and allow the silicone label to cool down completely to room temperature. A complete cold peel ensures maximum adhesive bonding and clean, crisp edges.
Step 5: Peel the Carrier Film Slowly
Gently and smoothly peel off the clear PET film at a low angle. Inspect the edges to confirm the thick 3D silicone label has adhered securely to the textile fibers.
